Are you out of contract? What is the $200 offer? What plan and how much data do you have now? Do you understand the difference between Edge and old style contract and understand Edge is usually the cheaper option?
IT is important to get as much info as possible to make sure you get the best deal and don't get unexpected charges.
If you can wait, wait for the iPhone 6S to come out in a few months. The better specs (more RAM!) and design changes will make waiting for the phone more worthwhile.
