I don't know how much clearer I can explain it to you.

The US Supreme Court ruled against Class Action Suits so there are no class actions. Your post would be more believable if you knew what you are talking about.

Verizon I believe is using any trick to remove unlimited data customers off of it. However they could just announce that no unlimited data from a certain date and require these customers that have it, of which I am one to choose another data plan or simply downgrade to a lower tier of data.

Since unlimited was not part of your initial plan there is really nothing that can be done.
