Thanks Norma. To clarify, I stated that unbilled data can happen in your home area as well. I'm not saying you were roaming or using another carrier's towers. You are only billed for data that you used, regardless of when it was calculated in our system. You can view the dates and times of your usage in My Verizon. If you're saying that you're adding your last month's usage and the unbilled usage together, and that still isn't adding up to your total allotted data, then we can further look into this. When you receive the alerts in your email about getting close to your limit it's best to not stream to avoid this from happening.
