Unable to set up no answer transfer

I am on a Alltel legacy plan. I have a Droid. Want to forward unanswered calls to my Google Voice number. When I dial *71 then the number, it says the feature can not be completed.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to be dialing *72, not *71.

I was under the assumption that *72 was for unconditional forwarding, not no answer forwarding. I will try and see. Thank you very much.

Oops, I thought you meant unconditional forwarding; I have no idea what the code is for what you're trying to do. Sorry...

No Answer/Busy transfer is to dial *71 followed by the 10 digit number and press Send. *73 Send deactivates it. Sounds like you're doing it okay.

 

Contact technical support from a different phone than your Droid at 800-922-0204 or *611 from another VZW mobile phone.
