Unable to make calls

Keeps saying "call failed"

Let's get you back up and running Puba! To ensure there is not a reported issue in the area, can you please provide us with your zip code. Also, what make & model phone are you using? In meantime, have you tried powering off your device then back on?

I did turn off my device and waited a min. and turned it on but that didn't help.

But was able to make and receive calls after a couple hours.

I was in the Boston area at the time.
