Unable to get customer service

I am locked out of my account, so I can't do an online chat.  I cannot call customer service because my phone has been damaged by water.  I need to be able to retrieve and send text messages via my ipad, but every app that I've tried to sign up for sends a text with a code to my phone. I can't receive the text with the code, so I can't set up the app.  I do not have access to another phone.

Sales chat can transfer you to tech chat without log in.  You only have to confirm the account phone number and passcode.
