I am currently on the Edge and trying to Edge Up but I just learned my account is "Hot-Lined" due to a suspension on my account - I was told my account would not be suspended (I had a balance of $33) and all lines ended up being suspended. Verizon is denying that a representative ever told be that my account would not be suspended and will not lift the Hot-line on my account which in turn penalizes me for the next 6 months and I am unable to edge-up. I have spoken to numerous customer service reps, supervisors, mgrs and AD's to no avail!! I have been a verizon customer for over 13yrs and everytime I call I am dismissed and cannot get this matter resolved. Does anyone have any suggestions on who I can make a formal complaint to?
