Trying to cancel a pre-order and keep getting disconnected !

After 2 times trying to cancel a pre-order I keep getting disconnected ? What is the secret to successfully get this done ? I don't have another hour and a half to waste, waiting to get disconnected again.

If you've tried to contact customer service via phone and have been unsuccessful you can try getting it done via chat. I've always had decent luck contacting Verizon on Twitter as well.
