Trade-in shipping label

I never received  a shipping  label. I also try to check online and the page won't load. I ordered 2 kits and still haven't received  them. Where can I get a return label?

Obviously, no one cares about reordering an entire kit so we are then forced to go past the 15 days

This is a circular waste of time.   As everyone is saying the links provided do not provide a solution.   I have used all of them and there is not even a way to order a replacement return kit.
