I pre-ordered the Pixel 4 and chose it with the trade in option. I noticed at the time that my phone had been registered as a black pixel 2 but it was a kinda blue pixel 2. There were no cracks on the screen, but it was cracked on the back of the phone.
Either way, ups says that the package was received but it's been over a month since it has been received. Does it usually take this long for an appraisal?
