I live in Valparaiso FL on the north side of Choctawhatchee Bay. Recently I have noticed that I am dropping many more calls than usual. Can you tell me if there is a tower in the area that is having problems? How do I determine if it's my phone versus a Verizon tower?

You will need to contact customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or another phone and ask them to open a trouble ticket for your area to determine if it is a tower problem or something else.
