I have been trying to resolve and issue for over a month! I have been told many times a manager would contact me. I still have received a call or an answer to my problem??

I am unable to use the internet at my convienence and I have been trying verbal conversations by calling but I have the privacy to talk at my job.
Please contact me via email after you read all the documentation you customer service reps have entered online at Verizon for the past month or so.
