Verizon's customer service team is absolutely garbage. I have been calling over and over again to hopefully get the good fortune of talking to someone competent. After many failures i have decided to take my issues higher and will be notifying corporate. I am in the Army and about to get out and head back to Ohio and i cant even have a phone and that can function properly. I have supervisors telling me one thing only to be told by another that this is the wrong information. Not only have i now missed 2 job interviews due to failed phone calls, I dont know how many i will miss when i go back. I really do like Verizon and want to stay, but if this problem does not get solved fast ill will pay my term fee and never look back.
