Thanks to an excellent customer service rep

I spent some time trying to find out where you can thank a Verizon Wireless employee but the website doesn't seem to have a link for it so here goes.

I've been a Verizon customer for years and it was time to upgrade my son and my wife's phone.  We went to the West Lebanon NH store, actual store not a franchisee.  We received excellent service from [removal required by Verizon Wireless Terms of Service], who patiently listened to our concerns and explained everything to our satisfaction.

At a time when most major corporations get bad reviews for actual customer service, [name removed]' service is an example of how it should be.

Thank you to whoever in the Verizon organization can get this compliment to her, her service is greatly appreciated

It's really refreshing to see a positive post on the forums!  I'm glad you had a great experience   I know that I've called customer service and they've been able to send compliments along to the store to give to the rep.
