My sister and I both have Verizon accts. She cannot send me texts ... says they "bounce back" .... I can receive/send texts from/to others. Ideas?
Follow up to the original post .... I have looked all through my phone and cannot figure out how I could have possibly blocked her texts. If I wanted to, how would I? How would I unblock her if she is blocked?

Having text issues would be very frustrating! I'd like to look into this so you wont miss your sisters messages! Which device do you have? Do you know if she has your full 10 digit number programmed into her device?
Have you ever been able to receive text messages from her?
Please have her delete all old text messages and retest.

Yes, I used to get texts from her. As it turns out, yesterday she called Verizon to look into the problem. They had her delete me from her phone, turn off her phone, restart it and then put me back into her phone. She can now send me texts. So all is good. Thanks
