My daughter is traveling in Finland with her US Verizon smartphone (a Samsung Galaxy). She is able to make voice calls just fine but cannot figure out the codes/prefixes to use to text message a Finnish friend with a Finnish cell phone. She tried 011+358+the local number, but that doesn't work. What prefixes does she need to enter to send a text to a Finnish cell phone within Finland from her own phone?
