Text Log older than 90 Days help!!!

Hi All,

So I'm in kind of jam. I got pulled over last year (August, 2014) for texting, even though I was not. My court date is July 10th, I've been trying get my text log from Verizon to prove that I was not texting nor using data but they won't give them to me without a court ordered subpoena. I've tried contacting the court and they said they wont issue that, all I have is the letter they sent me to appear in court with the violation #.

PLEASE, has any one gone through this, how can I get my text log from Verizon ? I don't need the context of the messages, just the time & date stamp so I can prove that I was not on my phone at the time of the violation.

Thanks for your help in advance! Time is creeping up on me and its a 5 point violation here in NY which my innocence can't afford.

You can try asking for a detailed bill for that billing period - it will cost $5 for a hard copy, but it should have all the text and call details for that cycle.
