For whatever reason, my entire neighborhood is in a dead zone... almost anywhere you walk outside only gets ~2 bars. I contacted Verizon to see if something could be done... and the representative said they would send someone out to confirm the issue, but then i never heard back.
Anyone know what I can do to get Verizon to do something about this? Or do I just need to find a better provider?
Thanks,
Matt

Call tech support, they're the ones that would send a rep to check coverage. If the entire area is having issues or if it's lenient toward one spot of the neighborhood, they'll push a ticket. Otherwise they may recommend a network extender which essentially mimics your outdoor coverage and brings it inside, which will likely not be of much help to you 😕
See that they put a ticket in for you and get the reference number, just in case. That way you'll always have a sure way to track it (through them), even if it somehow gets closed.
