*Terrible* LTE service in 70130

We are experiencing absolutely terrible wireless service in 70130 (New Orleans, Lower Garden District/Irish Channel).  It's not clear where to report this on the Verizon website, so I'm trying a report here, to see what remedies there are.  The service applies to all of our devices--two iPhone 6's and an iPhone 4s and is not related to the devices themselves.  Coverage elsewhere in the city and beyond is generally excellent. 

Both inside and outside our residence on First St., calls are dropped constantly.  Switching LTE off (which is undesirable, for obvious reasons) doesn't help the situation, as this simply results in poor 3G or 1x service.  And we're not interested in paying $250 for range extender which would require constant switching on/off of LTE (we *do* have minimal LTE service at all times) and this likely wouldn't help with the poor reception outside the house in the area, anyway.

How can I reach the contacts at Verizon to have this issue addressed?
