Why am I stuck on hold for ATLEAST 10 minutes (sometimes 30+) EVERY time I call Verizon's Customer Service? Of all the other Customer Services that I call (FTC, AT&T, DirecTv, BankOfAmerica, SAFE, NBSC, Netflix, Amazon, EBay, Esty, SiriusXM, Honda, Walmart, just to name a few) VERIZON is by far the WORST of them all. Too have over 175K employees with Verizon Communications, that must not be enough to fill the needs of their LOYAL CUSTOMERS in a TIMELY manner. Not to mention how TERRIBLE MY OVERALL SERVICE has been over the last month.
