I was originally worried about this being a scam after seeing all the threads here, but I decided to fall for it anyway and send in a perfectly good iphone 5 with no damage whatsoever. Low and behold I receive the same $36 dollar gift card that I see EVERYONE here complaining about. This program is a flat out scam plain and simple. The support hot line is an automated recording that just hangs up on you no matter how many times you try to call and get through. Completely unnaceptable business practices are going on at Verizon. Unbelievable.
