Suspended with 0 balance

I paid my full balance 2 days ago, but me account was suspended yesterday.  Any time I dial on my phone it directs me to financial services which stated I have a 0 balance and need to make a payment, but yet won't let me talk to any representative.  PLEASE HELP ASAP.  At home with my kids today.  No landline & I really need the use of my phone!
