I have lived in the same apartment for almost 2 years and have had Verizon for forever. I never had issues with reception anywhere in my 3rd floor apartment. In March 2016, my roommate moved out and my fiance moved in, and he joined my Verizon plan with a new iPhone. We both had GREAT reception until about November 2016. We thought it would clear up, and it continues to be a major issue. We can only be by one specific window in the home or in one spot in our bedroom for the caller to actually hear us.
Can someone please explain what happened and how to help this? I am not interested in buying a signal booster. Both of our phones work totally fine (both iPhones) and our wifi has been fine this entire time as well.

Are you using HD Voice/VoLTE calling on the iPhones? Have you tried turning it off or on and try to see if the signal improves or gets worse.

I'msorry to hear your having signal issues. I know how much I rely on my phone. Let's get you the service you deserve. What zip code are you in? Does service improve outside the apartment?
