Spam Control - blocked number

I have a cell phone number put on my spam control that if a person calls me from that particular number they will receive a message saying my phone is not allowing calls from this number.  Question:  what if the person is calling from the number I have blocked on my spam controls but they hit *67 and block their number from my caller ID,,,will the call still get intercepted by my spam control in Verizon even though they blocked their number?

***Question Answered***  I called Veriozon support and ended up talking with a nice guy named Rich in their data department.  We went through some mock blocking calls exercises and learned that yes the number on your spam controlls for blocking will definately not go through to your cell phone even if that person hit *67.  Great feature,,thanks Veriozon!!!

How to get the spam control? it's free to have. You just go into your verzion online account and go to spam controls. Here is a picture of how to get to it:
