I have received a few calls in the last 2 days telling me my number has called them. My Verizon usage shows no outgoing calls, so I know it is not my actual phone doing the calling but a spoofer using my number. Is there anything I can do about this?

Very little you can do unfortunately and hope it stops, apologize and hope the person believes it was not you, or change your number.
