Someone is selectively forwarding their calls to my office Comcast landline. We can not reach the person. When we call her number, it is forwarded to our number. I've blocked her number on our Comcast account however the calls are still coming through because the original caller's number shows up- not hers. We are getting collection calls among others daily for her. Any ideas on what to do? I tried calling Verizon and have been on hold 27 minutes as of right now. We are at a loss how to rectify this situation.
