OK went my my account just to see. If you click "change, minutes, text data" you HAVE to take the new plans. So basically you are stuck where you are at. You can not move up or down on your minutes, texting or data without having to move to a new plan.
I'm sorry for the trouble online. I can confirm that existing customers are able to move up and down in our existing Nationwide calling plans. If you have one of our older America's Choice plan, then the lines give you the option of Shared Everything going forward.
