Why do I get charged additional $20 for each phone? Ive been told that it's to make sure my service doesnt get interrupted an for line maintenance. But isnt that what I pay for already to have service. Ive been a loyal customer for years an I feel like I constantly pay extra fees. Especially when a close friend has same carrier newer phones an more lines an pays same amount as I am with no smart phone fee.

We can certainly go over our plan costs with you. If you're on a shared data plan, then you will have a plan cost for your account, and your line access charges to have everyone connect to that plan.
