Have lived in this house since '88. Have used Verizon since before it was named Verizon. Recently cell signal has dropped to one bar. It is the same inside and outside. Phone calls have static, phone calls drop, phone calls don't always go out, phone calls don't always come in. After being with Verizon for so long and going along with all of the price increases it is not good when the service is so poor. Tried calling. Talked with a Tech Coach. The recommendation was a network extender. I want to know what happened to the signal to begin with. Was on hold an hour to get the extender and then the call disconnected.

Hi. The point is that we are paying for cell service. We have always had 4 bars. Now we are lucky to have 1. Why the drop in service? Why use our internet and possibly reach our cap to make phone calls? We pay for cell service, we used to have it, we should still have it. Otherwise there is no sense staying with Verizon.
