I ordered and upgraded to a Galaxy Note20 yesterday at 4PM PST and chose next day delivery by 10:30AM. I received my email receipt showing I paid the $14.99 for next day but on My Verizon it automatically changed it to 2-Day without warning. I talked to a live agent and they said it would be 2 day. I understand things happen but can Verizon at least give me a notification that this product won't be fulfilled on time? How is it possible I choose overnight shipping and pay the fee and instantly changes to 2-day the moment I click buy? I should've went to the store but they promoted discount upgrade fee through the website or app. How long until I get my refund?
