I want to order a phone online and change the shipping address without a separate call to customer service. Crazy idea I know, but something that is possible at every other online retailer I've ever visited.
Don't tell me why I can't or why it's not in my best interest to do so. Tell me how I can click on the shipping address edit button and have it work.
