Customer service is the worst of any company with which I have ever had dealt. Too long to go into here. I’ve spent 2 hours going to store and at least 8 hours on phone trying to get an iPhone to work. Can’t get replacement phone to work. Been waiting on chat that stated a live agent would be with me over an hour ago. Phone calls just send me back to chat.
