Service outage in 91362 and 91301

I have been without service since yesterday at noon. Yesterday, the service outage was only in Agoura Hills, CA, but today, I lost signal in Westlake Village, CA as well. Tonight, I am in Thousand Oaks, CA and still do not have service. A coworker and a coworker's family member both experienced the same thing. I have a Galaxy S5, my coworker has an iPhone 5, and the family member has an iPhone 6.

I use my cell phone for my business and home line, and I have been put in a very bad situation by losing phone service these two days, jeopardizing a number of client relationships. I have been unable to reach a chat operative and unable to find any help on the website. I am unable to call Verizon to report a service outage because there is, in fact, a service outage.

Please respond or email me with an update or fix as soon as possible.
