Service issues

We've experienced a problem with absolutely no help.  We've been long time Verizon customers but in the last year have had a ton of dropped calls or the person not in the home can't hear you or you're cutting out.  Sounds like a booster may help but I feel Verizon should help with that cost especially if it ends up not helping.

Where and how does Verizon wireless Service work?

Wireless devices use radio transmissions, so unfortunately you can't get Service if your device isn't in range of a transmission signal. And please be aware that even within your Coverage Area, many things can affect the availability                    and quality of your Service, including network capacity, your device, terrain, buildings, foliage and weather.
