The service in the Anthem area of 85132 seems to be going downhill quite quickly. We now seem to drop almost every call we get. At the very best we can get two bars of signal strength and most of the time it is a single bar. The strength changes even when the phone is simply sitting on our counter with nobody touching it. Is Verizon having any issues in the area? Are there any suggestions that one can make to improve the service? Thanks

What is the actual quality of the service at those signal levels?

The quality is really not very good. If you are talking both ends will repeat many things that are said and more often than not you will end up with a "call failed". Tried with and without wifi and it seems very little if any difference. Happens with both an Iphone 7 and a flip phone! It does not seem to matter who is on the other end.
