I want to know when the Central West and South portions of Illinois are going to get Verizon service? Like from Springfield West to the state line and south of there to the Alton area. I travel that way all the time and for years now, and never have any service. My wife luckily has an AT&T phone and she gets great reception. By looking at the service coverage map, AT&T has a larger coverage area then Verizon.

coverage cant be same with most of carrier and no carrier say coverage is available everywhere . .options are available to switch .
