I received a text from a real estate investor 03/28/2020. He had my number and my name. After texting each other a few times he calls me from a different number. After a conversation asked how he got my name and number. He stated that he buys a list of numbers and addresses from a 3rd party service that he claims buys them from Verizon. He has no reason to lie. How is this possible? I thought Verizon did not sale my information.
