SUPPORT FAILS TO DO THEIR JOB

Been trying to get help from Support for months and keep getting the run around.  multiple reps, supervisors, requests go unanswered.  Just the latest example: I was told on Dec 2 letters would be sent to me to give to T-Mobile to get the early termination fees reimbursed for two phones I no longer have on my account.  Never received them.  Called back and was told, they see that in the notes, but Verizon doesn't send out letters.  SMH  Last week, I was told I would received a label to return the defective device I have (the label was supposed to be in the box).  Rep said two to three business days.  Still haven't received the label.  Financial support says they will shut my phone off again because they will only give you two days to get anything done, but I'm waiting on them!  I've been a loyal customer since Aug 1999 and it has been nothing but hell the past few months.  When will VZ help me get this finished so my account can be current again?
