Ringback Tone Error Messages

I purchased several ringback tones, when I try to move them to the default position I get the following error, "System error or unknown error". When I try to move them to the days of the week I get the following error, "Some of the requested RBT deletion failed".
I found this topic posted previously a couple of years ago but there was no solution. Does anyone know a fix for this?
