I returned a phone back and it was received on Nov 3 by Verizon. I even got an email from them acknowledging it. Its still showing on my bill for the last 3 cycles. I've called and called. I've tried to use the Chat app and they disconnect me. I call and they say their putting in a ticket. Will I ever get this phone off my bill when you already have it in your warehouse for the last two months...............

After numerous on line chats and phone calls and customer service reps not knowing what to tell me I Got a message and phone call from JosephE from Verizon. He fixed my problem within 15 minutes of speaking with me. He deserves a raise.!!!!!!!!!
