I can not call or receive call on all three of my phones from my house. Can anyone please tell me how I can report this problem to Verizon without calling them?

Where do you live? http://downdetector.com/status/verizon-wireless/map/ these are the reported areas that have wireless outages. I'm experiencing the same thing with no response from Verizon. I haven't had service since this morning and it's driving me nuts.
