What does it take to report a network issue to Verizon? This company makes it impossible to report an obvious issue. They insist it is your phone, even when several family members, friends and neighbors are having similar issues. MADDENING!
I understand they have thousands of towers across the country and a limited number of field technicians. But they really need to provide customers with an easier way to report a network problem then calling an 800 number where the representatives blame your phone. Even when you tell them it is not the phone, as it is happening to others as well.
