Removing Device from Integrated Messaging without Device Access

Hi. I recently sent my laptop away for servicing, and tried to install Verizon Messages on the loaner I'm using in the meantime, which triggered a "disconnect a device from Integrated Messaging" error. I'm not sure how I hit my device limit - perhaps there are some old devices on there that never got taken off - but in any case, I was wondering if there was a way to do this without access to the device itself.
Please bear in mind that the actual phone associated with the account is not a smartphone, so it would pretty much have to be something I could do via the web rather than an app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
