Back on this thread iPhone Wi-fi calling firewall rules there were a lot of IP addresses brought up for iPhone Calling.
Recently I noticed that my iPhone was no longer connecting to VZW Wi-Fi while at work. I did a little digging and found I needed to add the following IP addresses to our outbound firewall rule for allowing Verizon Wi-Fi calling.
141.207.137.233
141.207.177.233
141.207.193.233
As soon as I added these, BAM, my phone started connecting to VZW Wi-Fi.
These two already existed:
141.207.225.232
141.207.227.232
As a side note, some time ago, we added the following IP addresses to allow T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling as well.
208.54.37.80
208.54.38.83
208.54.70.107
208.54.85.108
208.54.85.109
Just thought I'd share.

I finally fixed this by enabling UPnP at my router. All security recommendations proscribe disabling UPnP, but it is apparently a requirement for Verizon WiFi Calling to function.
