Receiving emails for wrong account

For the last few months I've been receiving emails for someone else's account. The email is mine but the name/account/amount due that comes through the email is not mine. It's getting kind of annoying receiving alerts that this person's bill is due and then the emails telling "them" that their bill is past due... I've tried calling support and all they did was confirm that I had an email address set up on my account. Any suggestions?
