Receive Text from Strange Numbers

One of my lines has recently began to receive texts from numbers like this one...000-003-2665. There are more with different last 5 digits. Not on all lines, only on one of them. 

Does anyone know what these types of texts are? 

How does this get started?

Can I block them from coming in? 

Are these porn or psychic texts?

Do they cost a fee?

According to https://usshortcodedirectory.com/directory/short-code-25024/ , it is registered to TAO Entertainment, a restaurant, New York City.
