My family switched our numbers and purchased three new iPhone XRs. We were told to wait 45 days after having active service to register for the gift cards. I even set a reminder on my phone for that reason. Now I come to find out, after attempting to fill out registration online, the information given was wrong. Honestly, I feel cheated. It is a loss of $600 on my end. How can this be rectified. I feel that poor training on a salesperson’s end shouldn’t mess the customer over.
