This doesn't give me the option to print a label... And Customer Service is no help... The store just said call Customer Service. The online help can only sell things... And now it's getting to the point where they are going to charge me. I am trying to return it!!!

customer service if you call them can mail you one, also I don't remember exactly where to print it but I believe if you select the order in my documents and receipts through myverizon it starts giving further options such as return and return labels.

WWon't it be too late and they will charge you by the time they get it.

You might see a charge on your bill if you don't get it there on time, but they will take it off when they verify the equipment is returned. make sure you write down the tracking number so you can prove it was returned

Could not get clear instructions for return label(reading the complaints,I am not the first)I sent it back today with the customer receipt in the package.thank you for your help but this phone and the follow up procedure have been awful(not you)Not my fault there was no return label.

Im also trying to send back a phone. they sent a prepaid phone but shes on a contract so now im trying to send this phone back but the Verizon phone wont help me they said I need to print off the label on the computer but not able to find where to print it off... please help
