Branched from Verizon customer service
I called customer service to sign up for another two years. All 4 of my phones are out of contract. I had to pay off my past bill first, which is fine and understandable. However, my rep did not tell me that the iPhone 5c offer we had agreed upon would expire at the end of June. So I paid my bill, SHE was supposed to call me back, and she never did. Now my kids want their iPhones and the free offer has expired and no help from anyone in customer service. So, is AT&T or T-Mobile better? Done with Verizon!

Hang in there. When the iPhone 6 is released in September, you'll see good deals on the 5c and probably the 5s.

Unfortunately, my son's phone is on it's last leg now. I am truly disappointed that the young lady who stated she would call me back, did not. And we started the process prior to the date of the end of the promotion but verizon is not willing to honor that. Bad customer service. And I have been in a retail environment before so it's all the more frustrating.
