Amazing how...lets just say someone else's mind works.
You've been pretty much trolled by everybody not knowing business.
So let me tell you what the survey is for...
The survey barely even associates with Verizon.
The survey is for the last representative you spoke to at Verizon
They ask 3 Questions
1. On a scale of 0-10 how would you rate the last representative you spoke to?
2. Did the last representative you spoke to resolve all of your questions and concerns on this call?
3. On a scale of 0-10 would you recommend Verizon Wireless to your friends and family?
You do realize all you did was be a jerk and ruin some rep's day by failing his or her survey, if you did fail it.
The last question is the only part that is actually about Verizon.
